I shadow users and design the actual product workflow. We establish human-in-the-loop review gates, fallback boundaries, and interface ergonomics that match how your team actually works.
Forward-deployed production build
I write the production code directly inside your infrastructure. We build the model harnesses, data pipelines, and evaluation suites against real, messy enterprise data, meeting daily to navigate tradeoffs.
Operational handover & team ownership
I write the runbooks, establish monitoring for drift and failure modes, and train your internal engineering and operations teams so they own and run the system completely after deployment.

PennyAn AI agent that connects Telegram, calendar, mail, phone, markets, and publishing through one command per capability.
A group-chat agent that reads the thread, its media, and its links, then answers in context when called.
Philadelphia's open property data resolved into one layer and served three ways: crawlable reports, a browser map, and a research agent that cites its records.
Trading algorithms proven on a paper account, run live where they hold up. The research never sees a price, the code owns position sizes, and every record is immutable.
An address list goes in, house portraits on mugs and cards come out. Each address is a paid job that parks when the imagery is uncertain.

Nearly twenty years of pre-AI software engineering, high-scale infrastructure, and distributed systems informs how I design and build AI architectures today.
High-scale infrastructure
Built distributed web infrastructure, database systems, and caching layers for high-traffic entertainment launches and enterprise brands. Systems engineered to survive massive traffic spikes, network partitions, and strict uptime requirements long before modern AI existed.
International engineering leadership
Led international engineering teams for a global publisher across 11 countries, delivering 27 major product launches in under a year. Architected data migration pipelines that compressed complex content transfers from weeks down to hours.
Products of my own
Built, launched, and operated production software independently since 2009, starting with ClosetBank, which The New York Times covered. The discipline of owning the whole stack, customer feedback, and long-term maintenance has never stopped.
From machine learning to autonomous agents
Shipped live ML systems for real users starting in 2020, moving to production LLM pipelines, autonomous agents, and enterprise routing in 2022. Every AI architecture is grounded in battle-tested software engineering fundamentals.
INTERNATIONAL
I have worked internationally for most of my career.
Twenty-seven product launches in 11 countries in under a year, running the engineering teams spread across them. Before that a working run through Australia and Southeast Asia, and a study-abroad stretch at Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires. Home is Philadelphia.
