Program description
Daniel Nakhla operates a personal messaging and calling assistant ("Penny") that sends text messages (SMS/MMS) and places calls on Daniel's behalf to people who have agreed to receive them. Messages are conversational: scheduling, plans, coordination, and personal logistics.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and agreeing, verbally or otherwise, to be contacted, you consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You must be the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number provided.
Message frequency
Conversational and low-volume; frequency varies by conversation, typically a few messages per month per person.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
Delivery
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
