SMS Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026.
This policy describes how Daniel Nakhla ("Daniel," "we," "us") handles mobile phone numbers and text-message consent in connection with a personal messaging and calling assistant ("Penny") that contacts people on Daniel's behalf.
What we collect
For people Daniel communicates with, we may store a name and a mobile phone number, and a record that the person agreed to be contacted by text or phone on Daniel's behalf.
How we use it
Mobile numbers are used solely to send conversational, coordination, and scheduling messages, and to place calls, on Daniel's behalf with the recipient's agreement. We do not use them for advertising or marketing.
We do not share or sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with the messaging carrier and service provider strictly as needed to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive, or as required by law.
Message frequency
Messages are conversational and low-volume. Frequency varies by conversation, typically a few messages per month per person.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out and help
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help. Opt-out requests are honored immediately.
Data retention and security
We keep contact information only as long as needed for the purposes above and take reasonable measures to protect it.
